TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of sabahlalah.com and purchases made from SBLH / Sabahlalah.

By visiting the website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

1. ABOUT SBLH

SBLH / Sabahlalah is an independent Egyptian clothing brand operating through sabahlalah.com and its official customer-service channels.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase transaction or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

3. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, colors, sizing, fabric, prints, and fit accurately.

Colors and appearance can vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric batches, washing processes, or production tolerances.

Garment measurements can vary by approximately 1–2 cm because of manual measurement and manufacturing tolerances.

Product images, descriptions, measurements, and availability may be updated without notice.

4. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise.

Shipping fees are calculated separately and shown at checkout.

Products and sizes are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.

We may correct genuine pricing, description, availability, or technical errors. Where an error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products.

After you place the order, a confirmation message is sent through WhatsApp. We may contact you to verify order information.

We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, delivery is not reasonably available, or a genuine technical or pricing error has occurred.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is currently available by cash on delivery.

You must pay the amount confirmed for the order when the courier delivers it, subject to any lawful return or rejection rights.

7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

You may request an order change or cancellation before shipment by replying to the WhatsApp confirmation message.

Changes are handled manually and depend on stock availability.

Once the order is handed to the courier, it can no longer be edited. The Return & Refund Policy then applies.

8. SHIPPING

Delivery is available across Egypt where courier service is available.

Estimated delivery is normally 3–7 business days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays. Estimates can be affected by courier operations, location, public holidays, weather, high-volume periods, and events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and reachable phone number.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, wrong items, defective products, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Egyptian law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

We use WhatsApp for order confirmation, manual changes, tracking links, delivery updates, and customer support.

By providing your phone number and placing an order, you agree to receive messages reasonably necessary to complete and support that order.

Promotional messages are handled separately and can be stopped through the available opt-out method.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content—including the SBLH name, logo, artwork, graphics, photography, product designs, text, layout, and campaign materials—are owned by or licensed to SBLH and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, publish, sell, exploit, remove branding from, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Attempt to access restricted systems, accounts, source code, or data.
• Introduce malware or interfere with website operation.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit website content without permission.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Use the website in a way that violates the rights of SBLH or another person.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, couriers, WhatsApp, Instagram, analytics providers, and other technology services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

14. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We try to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.

15. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBLH is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute should first be raised with Customer Care so that we can try to resolve it directly. This does not limit any right to contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency or another competent authority.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, technical, or business changes.

The version published on the website at the time of the relevant transaction applies, subject to mandatory law.
