Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Returns

• Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

1. If the product has a defect.

2. If the wrong product was delivered.

• Once a return request is submitted, the delivery agent will contact you to collect the product.

•  The refund will be processed within 4 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

• Refunds will be issued only via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, as the company does not provide cash refunds.

2. Exchange

• Exchanges are allowed within 2 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be in its original condition and unused.

• The Exchange Happens if the desired product is available in stock

• All size charts are available in each product so make sure you choose the right size, since some printed items are not available for exchange due to print on demand method

• The customer must pay a shipping fee of 150 EGP for exchanges to any governorate in Egypt.

3. Important Notes

• The company does not allow parcels to be opened upon delivery to prevent unauthorized product swaps.

• If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us via email. We will respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue immediately.
