SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days. Friday and Saturday are not included in the delivery estimate.

Shipping fees vary by governorate and are shown or confirmed during the order process. Cash on delivery is available.

Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in its original condition. The exchange fee is 130 EGP.

Returns are accepted only when the received item is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect.

If the size is unsuitable, the order is handled as an exchange according to the exchange policy.

To request an order edit, contact us through WhatsApp after receiving the order confirmation.

Changes are subject to availability and may not be possible after the order has been handed to the courier.

A tracking link is sent once the courier collects your order.
